Tens of Fruit Stalls in Krendang Demolished

Tens of fruit stalls standing on sidewalk along Jalan KH Moch Mansyur, Krendang Urban Village, Tambora, West Jakarta, were demolished, Tuesday (11/3).

It also aims to refunction the sidewalk for pedestrian

Tambora Sub-District Head, Mursidin stated that the controlling was as follow up of residents' complaint. As the existence of those stalls was very disrupting especially for pedestrian and causing congestion.

"It also aims to refunction the sidewalk for pedestrian," he stated.

Tens of Stalls in Tanah Abang Controlled

He told, as many as 50 joint officers from Satpol PP and Army/Police were deployed to demolish the stalls.

His side, he added, was still reviewing about relocation of the vendors to temporary location. "We're still discussing it, if it's possible, they will be relocated to Alkap temporary location," he uttered
